It's 221 ft. lbs. I just bought a torque wrench that goes up to 250 ft. lbs. BRP wants $150 for the socket! I am watching for an after market one.

My 900 slows down pretty quickly when I let off the throttle, but I think that is normal. I have no problem pushing the Ryker by hand, which I figure I wouldn't be able to do if the brakes were engaging. Maybe your Ryker did not roll b/c of the Hill Hold Control?
