I think mine's like 45 a month through Geico with really good liability coverage. Sounds like I should shop around though, based off other people's numbers..

I'm paying full coverage for $187 a year through Geico, which includes roadside assistance and towing.

I got my insurance thru Progressive for my 900 Standard. USAA members get a 5% discount. $250 per year premium with $500 deductible for collision/Comprehensive. Quotes from other insurance providers could not match.

I got State Farm for 360 a year 50,000/100,000 coverage with 500 deductible
State min was 27,000/50,000 for 336 per year

Haha. Don't count on it. Based on my insurance costs I'm pretty sure Progressive expects me to die in the next 12 months.

Here in FL, NO insurance required, so no have not. Have never had insurance on ANY bike I've had (including Slingshot) since my 1st bike, 45 years ago.

Don't come to Texas with no motor-vehicle insurance. You will be in BIG trouble. We are very serious about protecting our citizens in an accident YOU might have caused.

I'm sure they honor other State's rules for visitors from other States. Just like if you are visiting from one of the few States that have a trike/autocycle license rather than a motorcycle license, I doubt you are going to get a ticket riding your Slingshot in one of the rest of the States w/o motorcycle license.
