Re: Question wheel nut

Well, i bought a 65mm 12 point ford truck hubnut socket, from england, off Ebay for $44. I expected it to fit as well as the sockets i use on the large pipeline nuts( nice tight fit but not hard to get off the nut). This socket does not have the tight fit i expected. It will probably work, but is a ...

Ryker 900 parts manual

When i asked the dealer about a service manual they said there is no service manual, only a parts manual. They also said the parts manual costs $125. I think they just don't know and never checked about it. So i have gone online to the BRP website and have been downloading all the pages for the Ryke...

Re: Tall riders?

Make sure you ride both the ryker and the F3. I found the F3 much heavier(300 lbs more), bigger all around, and not as easy to ride as the Ryker. The price out the door from a dealer on any trike will usually be $2000 more than the MSRP price of the trike. My ryker ended up costing $11,800. The F3 i...

LED Lights

Has anyone tried using LED headlights on a ryker yet? Just looking for informed opinions on them.

Re: Tall riders?

I've been riding my ryker for a couple of months now. Maybe i'm too picky but there's a lot about the Ryker i don't like. I'm not willing to give up on it, but i must make some changes. My background is with custom motorcycles. I change anything that makes it more comfortable, easier to ride, and lo...

Re: Question wheel nut

I was at my Can-am dealer today and i asked about that. His reply is i have a 2 year service agreement which covers flat tires. I can't wait until i have to wait by the side of the road until someone comes in a slidebed truck to pick me and the trike up and take me to a dealer. Sounds like real fun....

My Ryker

Just a plain ole 900 ryker with no extra's added. eventually going to change everything anyway. I don't like the fatpig styling or the seating so they will change first. Just want a comfortable every day ride that doesn't look like a black blob going down the road. https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2...

Tilting sensor?

I can never keep my hands off any vehicle i own. Since i didn't like the ridge on the back if the seat i took it off to see what i could do about it. Well, built into the plastic seat pan of the body is what looks like some kind of sensor near the left edge. I was wondering if this is part of the VS...

Re: 600 ACE or 900 ACE?

I picked the 900 ace simply because i am used to riding 750 to 1000 cc motorcycles. I had a 600 honda shadow and i thought it was a dog. BUT, the 900 Ryker is a very quick trike. A vette could not get past me until we hit 70 mph. The Ryker is a bit scary on acceleration. After i break it in for 6-70...

Re: Missing parking brake lock for U.S.?

My ryker has a locking lever on the left side just in front of the gas tank. The only problem i see is anyone can walk up and flip the lock off.
