Just wondering what to use to keep the battery in good shape during the winter?

I would use a Battery Tender, lots of options out there. I use these on my Ryker and my Concours

I would suggest any Battery Tender that has a maintainer mode. A computer chip will keep tabs on your battery and maintain enough a periodic charge to keep your battery at the optimum voltage. They also have a desulfator programed in that will keep the battery in good shape. I have used the Brand "Battery Tender, Jr" in the past with good results, but now use a much cheaper one from Walmart that seems to give me the same results.
