Question wheel nut

can anyone tell me do you get the wrench, spanner to us brits, to get the wheel off, on that huge wheel center nut, im a 250 mile round trip to my nearest dealer, what happens if i get a flat/ripped tire?

I was at my Can-am dealer today and i asked about that. His reply is i have a 2 year service agreement which covers flat tires. I can't wait until i have to wait by the side of the road until someone comes in a slidebed truck to pick me and the trike up and take me to a dealer. Sounds like real fun. Meanwhile the Nut on the spindles are made just for Can-am and there is no one else that makes them. The good news is you can buy your very own socket that fits the nut for only around 120 US dollars(with tax). I think i will have some standard 6 sided nut's machined to fit for my trike
The service manual you can't buy because they haven't started making them, is priced at 125 to 150 US dollars if they ever get them in. If it's anything like the owners manual, i think i will make my own service manual.

Well, i bought a 65mm 12 point ford truck hubnut socket, from england, off Ebay for $44. I expected it to fit as well as the sockets i use on the large pipeline nuts( nice tight fit but not hard to get off the nut). This socket does not have the tight fit i expected. It will probably work, but is a bit sloppy. I guess we will see if it does any damage to the Ryker hub nut when i try torquing it to 200 ft/lb. Trying to find a torque wrench that will do 200 ft/lb now.

I checked the link provided above, its a deal at $24.50 to download.
Also, I went and checked my 1/2" drive torque wrench and it ranges up to 250 lb-ft. Not saying I've ever used it up to the limit but it's probably up to the task.

JUST TOOK OFF THE FRONT TIRE OFF MY RYKER I BOUGHT A 2 1/2 12POINT SOCKET AT NORTHERN TOOLS WORKED GREAT ONLY COST 22 BUCKS

Just ordered one. $23 +$7.50 shipping. (No Northern Tool in my area). Still consider that a bargain. Northern part number is 40924 if anyone else is looking.

Has anyone gone to the up-graded sway bar yet I bought one but have not installed it.

The sway bar is $ 160 and $350 to have it installed at dealer. Looks like it will be my winter project.
