Re: Successful Lanyard For Ryker Key

Good idea. I have been trying to figure out something for mine as well. I'll try this out.

Re: Why Does My 600 Sound Like A Two-Stroke?

I think that's partially just from it being an inline twin. My 600 is the same way. I like the sound as well.

Re: 600 or 900?! Which to buy

I like the 600 for only me on the vehicle, I personally bought the Ryker for the ride and not the power (that's what my sport bike is for). I am planning on getting the rear shock and seat at some point so my wife can ride with me. It know it has enough power for both her and me, but like others sai...

Re: Price negotiation.

In Ohio it's the same. MSRP plus discount on accessories. My local dealer doesn't charge assembly, maintenance or destination charges like some others do. I got my 600 out the door for a little under $9200. The 900 was out the door for close to $11000. Like was said by KC61, being so new they are go...

Re: High engine temp

I honestly think that's why most people are having issues with their Rykers. It seems the dealers are not doing a thorough job prepping the machines. Hopefully the high engine temp didn't cause long term problems for you. Did you contact the dealership about it?

I'm paying full coverage for $187 a year through Geico, which includes roadside assistance and towing.

Re: Extended Warranty

I didn't get it because I usually do all the work on my vehicles. Both engines in the Ryker have been used in many other can am vehicles so I'm not worried about that and I can do everything else myself. The CVT transmission is the only thing I'm concerned about but time will tell. I think the exten...

Should the pins be flush or are they supposed to stick out a little bit?

Re: Decisions, decisions, decisions

The ride is good on smooth roads but if like me you live in pot hole country, I feel each bump as bad or worse then when on my sport bikes. If you have hip or knee pain you may want to avoid the Ryker in my opinion. It's awesome to ride, but as others said it's not near as comfortable as the Spyder....

New Ryker owner in Ohio

Hey everyone. I just picked up my new Ryker 600 today. I was interested in going to the 900 but figured I'd ride the 600 for a while and see if I even want to move up. Came from riding sport bikes so it's a bit of a change but once I got the hang of some of the differences I really started enjoying ...
