Actually I can return it if I think it’s a safety hazard and both them and BRP are very much aware of that. They are also smart with their cost benefit analysis to figure out its best to take back an item and get that person out of their life and keep it hush instead of the negative media shit storm...

I reported this to BRP this morning. They didn't seem too concerned but I made it clear to the rep Ben that I did not feel comfortable that this was the second cracked wheel nut i found in less than 3 weeks on a new unit. The generic reply was "take it to the nearest dealership as soon as possible"....
