I’m happy to hear you got the bracket and have it mounted up,if your speaker is waterproof like the JBL and you get caught in the rain, the speaker will be safe at least.Post some pictures when you can,I want to see it.

I mounted a JBL Extreme on my handle bars right in my face. This BT speaker is absolutely awesome, but at 20 watts, you simply can't hear it at any speed. I moved up to a pair of 4" kicker wakeboard speakers and a 45x4 kenwood BT marine amp and it is incredible.
Peace.
